Omaha Hi PF odds?

While I love NLHL I find myself playing plenty of limit omaha. I feel that my pf play would improve significantly if I could play around with a few numbers on paper. Specifically what are the odds of hitting a full house by the river w/ a pp and two other random cards? what about 2 pocket pairs? Also, if you have a hand like AcJdJh9c what are the odds of a full house or a flush by the river? (lets ignore strait possibilities. I know these are a pain in the ass so I don't realy expect anyone to do these but if anyone knows of a site where someone has done something along these lines or about omaha probabilities in general I would greatly appreciate it.
