I agree with most of this except
[ QUOTE ]
4. Him, raising the flop bet with a pair of tens when all play before indicates that the villain has an overpair

[/ QUOTE ]
The week flop bet was probably interpreted as "That flop totally missed my hand".

Weak bets are just as often an indication of strength. Its often a terrible move to fall for that bait and reraise. With a pair of aces I try that bet against any player that I think will play back at me with a weak hand just because he "senses" weakness.

1 isn't bad if its 6max but this looked like full ring.

1 also isn't bad if players are tight.

[/ QUOTE ]

Sure, point taken, it could be a good move to pick up the blinds and limps. But we are talking about online SSNL, full ring (I think). You can expect some callers to a small raise.

But Hero has no real read on Villain, so we can safely guess that the reverse is also true. With no read, I'm not looking for small bets to be monsters in hiding. The odds of this are certainly greater than 1:1.

Of course you shouldn't say anything at the table, but you can think to yourself of the irony of his calling your preflop raise with three outs. Also I concur that this was a very ugly hand and that I would love to play with both of you. (I think only in poker 'I would love to play with you' is an insult.)
