Default When to cash out?

I have started building my bankroll from basically nothing and now I finally have some money to play around with. When does everyone cash out their winnings and how much do you cash out? Do you set a goal each month and cash out what is over, or do you have a set number of buyins that you want to have and cash out any extra?

I cash out whenever I feel like it, and it won't hurt my bankroll.

It's very scientific.

I forget that my bankroll can have relation to stuff in the real world. Occasionally, I think of something I want or need and cash out for about that amount. I always leave at least 15 buyins in my bankroll, but preferably more.
