I was playing him heads up at Commerce for 1K. After i beat him, he said, " You got some real pontenshul! Keep playing good and i will see you at the final table of the WPT someday"

He was probley saying it just to be nice, but it made me feel reel good.

i wish you asked him why he did not play the PPM

i'm guessing his reply would be that he is doing so well these days that he did not want to be trapped on the boat, but i still have been wondering why he did not play.

That reminds me of one of the NL Holdem WSOP events (not the main event.) One of the guys that made the final table told his opponents and the camera that Johnny Moss said that he was the best poker player he's ever played against. I forgot what the announcers had to say about that but it was funny. Anyone remember what they said?

I don't know if this one is deliberate, but why is it you never see one professional's name spelled correctly? Especially Daniel, Phil and Jennifer [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]
