You have KcQc.
Brad has AK.
UTG has AJ or TT.

I don't think Dave is 3-betting a decent UTG raiser with KQs

no, especially not UTG+1

Default A clue or two

I was UTG. I won't say I played the hand well, but I was in a very tough spot.

I could've folded the turn, and I almost certainly should've folded to the river raise, but I fished out and called getting over 17-to-1 closing the action.

sfer obviously has a set of riverd 4's.

though i'm willing to entertain the idea of A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] or A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I suck at this, but I've got try to sometime....

I was thinking brad would have any pp here getting odds to go for a set that I think he caught on the flop and wanted to c/r (why do I feel so stupid right now).

I'm giving UTG KK who's scared to death of the Ace on the board.

You're hand confuses me. I don't think you have an Ace, because I don't know why you would check the flop. The only thing that makes sense to me on a river raise that's not some bluff is a flush and the only thing I see 3 betting there (and it's boderline) is KQ of clubs.

2/3 blind structure game, 8 handed. Reasonable, decent UTG raises, I 3-bet UTG+1, another reasonable, decent player UTG+2 caps, folded to bdk3clash in the BB who colddonks, UTG calls, I call.

4 to the frop for 16.66 SBs. Frop is a red A, 7 crub, 3 crub. Checks around.

4 to the turn for 8.33 BBs. Turn is the 3s. Brad bets, UTG calls, I call, UTG+2 calls.

River is a 4 crub. Brad bets, UTG calls, I raise, UTG+1 folds, Brad calls, UTG calls.

And we have?

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm giving Sfer A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] as he'd have bet the frop if he AK. BDK has KK and hates it. Capper has red whores. UTG has AJ or JJ.

In retrospect, I didn't do a good job of active hand reading here. By that I mean, I considered possible hands, but called because of a remote possibility that I was good.

I figured Brad could have AK, KK (unlikely), QQ, or possibly even JJ (though I don't think he'd bet the turn with JJ or QQ). Probably should've at least considered AA (if I'm willing to consider KK) because that could cause him to check the flop, concerned that the other Ace is not out.

Once Brad bet and I called, I also should've accepted that an Ace had to be out. Could sfer AND UTG+2 really be calling without an Ace or better? Doubtful at best.

I don't hate my turn call, but after the overcalls on the turn, I really need to fold to the river bet.

Why would he not bet that flop with AQ?
