Default E-mail sending problem

I use my work e-mail for personal use as well. From home on my Laptop I access it by using microsoft outlook, it is a POP3 server. I can recieve e-mail fine (my connection is dial-up from AOL), but when I try to send from home, it says that my server has rejected the senders address (me being the sender)

Troubleshooter is no help. From work everything works fine (We have an DSL connection at work through the company that provides the e-mail accounts).

You need to change the outgoing mail (SMTP) server address to be AOL's SMTP server.
