Does anyone know where I can get my hands on an annual report for a major poker site?

You can search the SEC database for a 10-K. http://www.sec.gov/edgar.shtml
If company has a website, it will often link to their annual report.
Or, call the company's investor relations representative and request an annual report.

Go to the company web site and look for a page called "investor relations" or something similar.

I can't think of a publically traded poker site off hand, but PartyPoker is supposed to be close to an IPO on the british exchange. If that's the case they might have filed something preliminary. You could also search european exchanges to find others that are public.
