Let's say you have BR of 20 buy-ins. When do you start cashing out your winnings?

Anything above 20x buy-ins?
25 buyins? (cash out 5 buyins)
30+ buyins? (cash out 10 buyins)

I would only keep X amount in the site (whatever amount you feel comfortable keeping in an entirely unlicensed foreign entity). I suggest this ammount to be MUCH LESS than your entire bankroll.

I suggest you keep Y ammount in your neteller account. This is your back up incase you lose the money you have in the poker site, wish to hit an attractive bonus or the site takes your money / collapses. This ammount should also be MUCH less than your entire bankroll. This should be an amount that you feel comfortable keeping in a foreign, but reputable company (should be much higher than the poker site, imo).

Finally, you should probably keep 80% of your bankroll in your bank account.
