Most of my reading occurs on a different kind of chair. Interestingly enough, I've read a few books in the last 4 weeks. But yeah, this chair will be used more for tv than reading.

I like this second one a lot. I was originally envisioning something like this but in leather, but that may work just fine. There's a "Bo" in my neighborhood, I may check it out. The first one is too blocky and not loungy enough.

I'm also amused that there is an entire category of seating called "Poufs"

I have one very similar to this in my studio, with an ottoman. mine is wide enough that I can sit side by side on it with the gf and it works great.
