Default UB to Party SNG Strategy

I've been playing UB SNGs for a really long time now and for those of you who are unfamiliar you start with 1,500 chips and blinds increase every 10 minutes. Usually the field gets narrowed to 4-7 people by the time the BB represents 15x the average stack.

I signed up for Party a while back and decided to check out their SNGs. To my dismay, players start with 800 chips and a similar blind structure.

How does this difference in starting chip count affect SNG strategy? I didn't play many at Party but the ones I did play, I wasn't as successful as I am at UB.

Thanks for your thoughts.

As an aside, does anyone have any recommendations for other sites that have favorite SNG conditions? Thanks.
