Default 99 vs. LAG

Villain is seeing almost everyflop, usually for a raise. Loves to bluff, but I haven't really picked up much of a pattern to his betting, i.e. when does he donk vs. c/r, etc.

His stats are 70/30/1.2, WTSD is 46%, W$SD is 33%.

Preflop: Hero is CO with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Flop: (7.50 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets, MP raises, Hero ...

I think arguments can be made for all 3 options. Should I have bet in the first place? Check behind, and call any bets when checked to?
