It seems fine to me. The flop action got you heads-up, which is good. CO does seem to like his hand a lot, though, so I wouldn't want to pay more than I had to on the turn and river to get to showdown. It's unfortunate that the river card makes your hand a losing one against TT in addition to AA-QQ, but I wouldn't fold. I think you'll see hands like AdKd-AdJd and even AKo and lower pocket pairs (such as 88) that didn't catch a set often enough.
