Default PokerShare closing down?

Anyone else just get this? I know they were having problems keeping USA customers.....but since I am in Scotland I guess this is for everyone (or they hate us lol)

We would like to thank you for being a member of PokerShare. We are writing to inform you that on November 14th, 2005 at 9 a.m. Eastern time, this cardroom will no longer be available for play.

If you have funds in your account, please log in to the game as XXXX, unregister from any preregistered event you may be in and process a withdrawal by November 14th, 2005 at 9 a.m. Eastern time so we may return your funds to you in your preferred method.

Cash funds remaining in your account as of November 14th, 2005 at 9 a.m. Eastern time will be automatically withdrawn and sent to you via check to the address we have on file for you.

Perhaps losing the North American customers was too much. Perhaps it's a strategy to show that PokerShare is serious about what happened on Nov. 1st when UB forced them to dump NA customers.

Or perhaps they are in the process of moving to another network?
