Default Problem exporting HH\'s on Prima

Namely, Captain Cooks.

Whenever I click export the file comes up as 52 bytes and is corrupt.

It's pissing me off.

Any ideas?

I've only exported hh files on Gaming Club, but have had many random problems before with the hh not exporting. Each time I tried again several hours later or the next day and the export worked fine.

I posted a thread about this earlier. The Gaming Club Guy stopped by to say that they should be working, which of course they aren't. So I tried contacting them by email, which hasn't worked yet either (although it has only been 10 hours.... but I was completely ignored on the other occasion that I emailed them, so I'm not holding any great expectations for this time either.)

same here. Since they had their "problems" on 1/17/04 it wasnt possible to download any HHs. Since the last days i always receive a 52 byte file (like you) containing: "An Error has occoured while processing your request." It was possible to download for 2 times at the 21th or so but it was corrupted after it again. So i contacted TGC and they told me that i should download a new DirectX version (oh, yeah ) I told them that its definitly not my fault since i tried it on 3 different PCs and know some people having the same problem. They simply ignored me...

Could someone check if he can download HHs on prima (especially TGC) please?

Ok here is an update for those who are still interested:

This is a pm from the TGC guy:

"Hi Jasmien,

We are well aware of the hand history problems as well as Prima. We recently posted in another thread concerning hand histories in the internet forum that there is a problem, specifically with the exporting of hand histories and Prima are actually re-developing the export feature to fix it.

That's the latest information we have. Otherwise, we are awaiting further updates from Prima. This also seems to be a network wide issue and is not isolated to us.

We understand that getting hand histories is crucial for the serious and successful player so rest assured that we're pushing Prima very hard to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Thanks in advance for your patience.

Regards,
GC "

hm sounds a bit better than: "there arent any problems, so you should download DirectX, and if you dont believe us we just ignore you"
