Default The Next Card

Are the turn & the river card......( & the flop for that matter ) pre-determined,
or does waiting a second or two change
the outcome of the next card?
My best guess is that this is probably not a break
through question, but I am askink anyways.

My guess is that they are predetermined, not that it matters. The deck is shuffled at the beginning of the deal, not throughout it.

Really, it doesn't matter either way though.

UB uses a continous suffle. So raising .2 seconds later will bring a different random card. Party and stars decks are set a the beginging of a hand. Which is why pattern maps are so effective at Party.

I've often wondered this also. If I had waited .05 seconds more to hit raise my gutshot card would have came in....

From UB'Site Our shuffling algorithm samples the stream of random numbers that is generated only when a card needs to be dealt or the deck needs to be reset between hands, thereby interleaving samples from all running games.
