Default Provable preferential treatment of a player by Party/Empire

I mentioned in an earlier post some anamolies that I observed on Empire and Party, but did not provide more details. I have been told but cannot verify the reason for one of the weird behaviors of the poker clients. Here are the facts as I have observed them:

1) the notes from the notes.txt file are not displayed for the player with the screen name BunTweap.

2) I have verified by direct examination of the notes.txt file that there is a note in the file for this player.

3) I have added a note on this player using the Party and Empire poker clients, closed the clients, then re-opened them. Still, the poker clients will not display a note for BunTweap.

4) BunTweap usually plays 15/30 Hold'em.

Unconfirmed explanation:
I have heard that this player was signed up under a large affiliate and that affiliate somehow made a deal with the poker site(s) that notes would not be displayed for their players. I was also told that this player does not know that notes are not displayed for him. Take this explanation with a grain of salt! I have no way to check/verify the truthfullness of this explanation.

Please do your own test on this (and possibly other!) players and report your results.

I feel that this type of preferential treatment should at the least be PUBLIC knowledge.

Why would Party make this deal?

I don't understand why any poker site would make such an easily detected preferential treatment arrangement! That's why I tried to make it clear that others should investigate and perhaps discover if it is only a bug in the poker client software or indeed an intentional exception!

You are wrong.

This is after I turned off my computer and was logging back in.

Do the notes work? Yes they do, you can take your tin foil hat off now.

This assumes that the disprover cheated in the process before taking his screen shots. Seriously now, why would he go through the trouble of cheating with this??

Well I can see someone put on the tin foil hat. If you don't believe me go spend 15 minutes tracking down BunTweap and try it out for yourself. LVGamb00ler came in with some crazy conspiracy theory (No offense LVGamb00ler) and asked for other people to investigate. I did and took screenshots as proof that I actually tracked down BunTweap, put notes on him, restarted my compute, and reopened my party to see if the notes were still there.

ALL YOU DID WAS COME IN AND TROLL THIS THREAD.

Considering that the OP has proven nothing in the first place, wtf is there to disprove?
