I cannot believe that nobody new the answer to this, but here it is ,that money is from the days of the match bonus, that you could only use in the casino,& could only cash out after turning it over 20 times....( Churning ),it is not from any $ that you actually deposited.Don't think for an instant that I support them in any way. There site sucks big time.As a sidebar,I did cash out $ 3500 one night
cuz i could not reach customer support & kept betting the money well after the 20 times. That was the sweetest ever.

I don't get these harsh posts.

So he forgot. It's his money, that's the point.

And this is bogus behavior on the part of the poker site, probably designed to keep your money in just such cases.

We're not all as anal-retentive -- or punitive -- as the angry, "tough luck" posters here.

what he is saying is how does he correct a situation that he brought upon himself. Take notes. I have an excel document that has a column for the site name, log in name, password and any other info (like PINs).

It's your fault. No one feels sorry for you.

Right, it is anal retentive if you keep good records, remember/write down pins, note how much you have in each of your accounts, and if you're not planning to play at a site, pull the money out after a couple of months instead of
leaving it there for over a year.

These are all bad traits; like being responsible for your own actions.

I have a similar excel file. I guess that makes us "punitive".

Did you email Ryan directly. He should get it resolved quickly. Also mention in the email that you asked 2+2'ers for their advice.
