Default complete the small blind with any two suited?

Assuming a $10/$20 game with a $5 small blind (50% small blind), how many limpers do you need before you automatically complete the small blind with any two suited cards (including junk like 23s or 27s)?

I thought SSHE suggested calling from the SB with any 2 suited cards, so long as it was an unraised pot. Whether it's a tight or loose table, doesn't matter.

I usually do it as long as there were 2 or more limpers. When you're only putting in .25 BB to see the flop, the implied odds are huge.
