I\'ve decided to take on another bad habit.
Trying to readjust my schedule back to going to sleep around 4am or so so I have to stay up late tonight even though I wope up at 8am or so. Just had 2 cups of coffee and feel nice and awake, exactly what I need for later in the night when I start getting drowsy. To compensate ill pull out chips from my regular diet, thoughts?
