Default Is Party Starting To Rate Their Players?

I have heard of people getting their bonus popups today on Party and the bonus amounts are varying from 20%-30% and the number of hands played is either 5x or 7x.Could this be the start of Party starting to rate players individually and offer reload bonuses accordingly?

I play the BadBeatJackpot games almost everyday..only 100-200 hands a day thu..All my other Party action is on EuroBet w/rakeback..I'm sure more active players may get better offers.
