Given that you have top 2, which makes them having a Q or K set that much less likely, the river is a easy bet/call. I could see an arguement for bet/3 bet with a flop this dry. But bet/call is safer. And obviously don't fold.

Really? You want to lead the river after villain caps the turn? We don't have a read that villain is a maniac. In fact, I think the read was somewhat passive. No way I think our hand is good 50% of the time after he caps the turn. Just check/call.
