Was hoping to get some good discussion going with this hand. I hope I haven't really alienated myself from the majority of players here, I really value the input. I can only hope people are suffering from turkey induced symptoms of tryptophan or this hand is just another play in a long line of posts that clearly the donkiest of monkfish could make

Whhat place are you in?
How many stacks have less than 10BB's?

These two questions are more important than how JJ stacks up against a short stack push, and a min-raise.

My guess is that you are in the top 7 at least, if not the top 3.

With that kind of action in front, your good position in the tourney, the fact that the raiser's stack can seriously hurt you, and the fact that its a sat make this an easy fold.

Even if it were a cash game I'd probably muck.

Pretty cards do not help the fact that its not a good situation to get involved.

Regards,
Woodguy

Thanks for the reply!!! Trying not to be reults orientated here, so I seriously appreciate the input. When I see this kinda move, as I mentioned, I have to assume I'm either a coin flip or dominated, combine that with the other factors you've mentioned, and as much as I like those Hooks, I guess I have to agree here.

Yes, at the time, I was in top 5 and there were at most, maybe 2-3 players under the 10bb level.

I thought I was paying attention to all the important details/factors but this has helped!
