Default Easy laydown on river - but what about flop and turn?

Villain here was new at the table so no information.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) converter

BB ($174.15)
UTG ($108.50)
MP ($73.50)
CO ($238.85)
Hero ($131.80)
SB ($20)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls $1, MP calls $1, CO calls $1, Hero calls $1, SB completes, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $2</font>, UTG calls $1, MP calls $1, CO calls $1, Hero calls $1, SB calls $1.

Flop: ($12) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(6 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets $1</font>, CO calls $1, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $7</font>, SB folds, BB folds, UTG folds, MP calls $6, CO folds.

Turn: ($27) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">MP bets $3</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $14</font>, MP calls $11.

River: ($55) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">MP bets $50.5 (All-In)</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $105.50

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
MP doesn't show.
Outcome: MP wins $105.50. </font>

I really had no problem folding the river and would have called instantly had the 8 not hit.

My question is about the other streets, especially the turn.
Also, anyone raising here pre-flop (before BB raises)?

Doesn't this look like he flopped the straight?

I can see the flop raise, but the turn I would have called hoping to fill / get a cheap sd.

Edit, that conclusion is only after my having read the turn action, so ignore the turn comment haha.

MP mini-bets flop/turn

it is very very obvious he has a 7

pound the flop to at least 10, these idiots love to draw (and will draw, especially if they're mini-betting like this)

pound the turn to at least 20

i think if you raised the flop to 10, and raised the turn big, you get most of his stack in already
