Default Two pair, lots of action, total unknown

I post in the BB in a Party $5/10 game where I know nothing about UTG. What is apparent is that he has only $90 in front of him. Everyone else is a stranger too and they have normal looking stacks.

I get the mighty T6o. UTG limps, MP limps, SB completes, I consider raising with this monster but decide to take it easy - it's my first hand after all - so I check.

Flop: T 6 4 rainbow. SB checks, I bet, UTG calls, others fold.

Turn: 7. I bet, UTG raises, I 3-bet, he caps.

River: 5, no flush possible.

Did I overdo it with the turn 3-bet? How should I play the river?

Guy.
