SB's stats I'd really like to see here are his postflop aggression and his WTSD/W$SD. If he's passive, has a low WSD with a high W$SD and you know he never bluffs, you can fold. Otherwise call. You will win approximately 9.8% of the time here for a net profit of .05BB/hand.

For sure. Typical loose passives call EVERY hand out of the blinds no matter what action happened. It's funny how much they loose from this. :/
