Ultimate Bet = Ultimate Poker...

Whats the deal with this?

I was watching some crappy poker programme on TV last night here in the UK, and it was sponsored by 'ultimate poker'. The logo is basicly the same as UB, so, curious as i am i go to their site.

After downloading their software, i find its UB in all its 'glory'.

So what is it? It cant be some kind of skin cos it allowed me to use my UB details to log in...so, why the new name and domain?
