Worst complaint ever

So I went to bed early last night and as a result got 8 full hours of sleep. Feeling good when I got up for work I decided to make myself a nice fried egg sandwich (2 eggs over easy/sausage/cheese/mayo/toast) and had a cup of coffee.

I now have so much energy that sitting at my desk is a torture... Where did I go wrong?
