Default KK: check or bet crippled board on flop?

I think the hand history is self explanatory.
Question 1: PF raise, is this enough or should it have been a little more?
Question 2: Do you check or bet the 999 flop?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t15 (8 handed)

SB (t785)
BB (t1475)
UTG (t720)
UTG+1 (t770)
Hero (t1000)
MP2 (t1950)
CO (t545)
Button (t755)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of t15.
BB raises to t30, UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, Hero raises to t90, MP2 folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB folds, BB calls t60.

Flop: (t195) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks.
