Default Help me get out of this mess

I got trapped pretty well here. It doesn't happen often, but it's a lousy feeling when it does.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, 3 folds, Button raises, SB 3-bets, Hero calls, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, Button calls.

Flop: (15 SB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB bets, Hero calls, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, Button raises, SB calls, Hero calls, UTG+1 3-bets, MP1 calls, Button calls, SB calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (15 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 calls, MP1 folds, Button raises, SB calls, Hero calls, UTG+1 calls.

River: (23 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG+1 bets, Button raises, SB calls, Hero folds, UTG+1 calls.

Final Pot: 29 BB
Main Pot: 29 BB, between UTG+1, Button and SB.

Why'd you call preflop?

Without a specific read on SB, the fact he 3-bet completely out of position should mean that you fold.

Fold preflop. Fold the flop. Fold the turn. Get up and leave the table.

QTs is likely dominated if you make a pair against this kind of action. You could make a flush and lose as well. Any time you are drawing to a straight, your overcard outs (if you have any) will be ass. If you make 2 pair it might make someone else a straight or a set.

Fold fold fold fold fold.

I would have folded on the flop; I wouldn't call two bets cold, included a 3-bet out of the small blind, with QT.

Ok, so now that you called preflop, you are getting 16-1 to call the SB bet. BUT, you have to anticipate that with 3 players behind you, including the original raiser, that you'll likely be popped aqain and maybe 3-bet or worse. And given the preflop action, I can't see your overcards being much good.
