The villan in this hand is 62/7.6/.4/105. I dont like the way that i played the turn and i am wondering if there is a better line.

I don't hate this...he could be raising a whole lot of worse hands despite the low AF. At this point I might want to check his showdowns won %, and if it's high then maybe just call down but if it's normal or low, go ahead with the 3-bet, bet line.

what's your plan for a river raise?

i'd call down the turn instead of the 3-bet. you are probably beat but i think it's still worthwhile. also check his stats.
