Easier or Harder?

b) God is omniscient
c) God is compassionate in the same manner that humans can be

Would it be easier or harder for God to observe Earth if it were paradise?

-one of the previous statements is false
-god is omniscient but not omnipotent
-there's a reason things are the way they are...
