Raise-fold preflop

Just want to get a bearing for this.

What hands do you fold after openraising UTG and

a) tight player(25/15) 3bets you UTG+1 then a lag(40/30) caps on the Button?

b) a lag 3bets you and tight player caps?

what is your hand range for opening utg?

I prob call w pairs 88 and above and ak and aq aj suited, fold everything else

calling any pair and ak in both situations. i am more inclined to play suited connectors here than hands such as ajo and aqo.
