Make him pay to draw (if he still is drawing).

I like pineapple's blocking bet on the river.
Does anyone else bet bigger on the flop or turn to scare off a draw? Or is this building the pot too big without really knowing where you stand?

[/ QUOTE ] I would bet a little bigger on the flop, about $100 (3/4 pot, which I find scares off most draws). Turn bet looks fine to me, about 1/2 the pot given the current line.
