I know I made a mistake calling the river. Is the turn bet standard?

Read is important here, I think. That board looks incredibly crappy for your 99. I would consider giving it up on the turn (and check). The only thing you're really beating is a bluff and bottom pair.

I wouldnt bet with 99 pre-flop, maybe on flop if another pair forms or another 9 came out. With an A and a K on flop, I would gave folded.

I think I made the right call raising PF. I'm 1st in the pot, and at that position I think it's just a crime to limp.

I think SB played that very well. He lead the river so you couldnt check behind. Looks to me as if he had a small Ace.

I would have check/folded the turn, too many ways to lose in this small pot.
