Really first thign i thought was he was being pulled by a rope up as hes being kicked and they positioned it perfectly to look cool, but heck what do i know

The lady is obviously a metaphor for all the fish at the table who are usually too oblivious to notice when someone does something to warrant the kick int he nuts; thus they also fail to notice when someone like ACjr dispenses the necessary table justice.
