Default Top pair and 4-flush

Villain here is a 40/6.67/1.75 after a fairly meaningless 15 hands. I haven't seen him do anything weird, but I haven't been paying much attention either (first time playing after a week-long break).

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
3 folds, MP2 calls, 1 fold, CO calls, 1 fold, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, MP2 raises, CO folds, SB folds, Hero 3-bets, MP2 caps, Hero calls.

Turn: (6 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets, Hero calls.

River: (8 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 10 BB

I think every postflop street is debatable. I especially wanted to lead the river so it wouldn't get checked through by the A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], but I didn't because I didn't really want to call a raise. Bet/call, bet/fold, check/call, or check/raise the river?

For what it's worth, I think betting and calling a raise is best. Thoughts?

I may be a passive little puss, but I play it the same. I am afraid of the flush after the cap, and I want to see a SD as cheap as possible. I think you have to use the information you bought 3-betting the flop.

Meh, I'd rather check/call the flop and pop the turn. This is the line I usually take when the flop is monotone and I have TP/GK.

This was my first thought but then I realized Hero is OOP and you're risking a free card.

Even when you have the 2nd nut flush draw, too?
