It's like 2+2 except instead it's like 2X6

it works but you will have to have 2 tables spanning over the middle of both monitors which might be annoying for you. you will also have about 150 pixels of overlap which combines to 1/4th of a table.

I don't know the answer to your questions, but I do know that they can be found the Computer Technical help forum. Or try using the search function for "video card" or try things like ... +dual +monitor +video ... you get the idea.

just go to circuit city and tell them you need a video card to run 2 monitors. theyll know what to do. thats how i got mine. youll have to install it yourself but its pretty simple. just open up your computer, unscrew the video card and put in the new one.

If you get a video card with DVI output i'm pretty sure you could have one on DVI and the other off normal VGA.

Correct -- that's the way to do it. I have two of these and an nVidia 6800. Primary (left) on the SVGA. Secondary (right) on the DVI.

I can't abide playing a table that spans the center gap (which is about 1.5 inches)... so for me, for all practical purposes 8-tabling is the limit, leaving me the 320 pixels on each monitor for other things. YMMV.

I think he meant 12 tabling w/o overlap, which doesn't work.

I can get about 6 tables on mine w/ a resonable amount of overlap, but certainly not NONE.

now, you could fit about 12 mini Prima tables
