Take up a new hobby. My personal favorite is sailing, I'm sure there are clubs out on Lake Minnetonka [sp?] that could get you started and if you decide it's something you like, a real nice day sailer can be got for only a few thousand dollars.

this is gonna be my answer for you and for most people, if you ask me this is the reason so many people are messed up. monday morning go to the track and run walk, move as fast as you can for 3 miles. if you dont feel happy after this then i dont know how to help you.
