Default Flopped straight against LA-P waking up on the river

Villan is LA-P (50/2/1). Do I 3-bet the river here or call it down? Should I have maybe tried a slowplay on the flop? Thanks.

I'm paying off AT here, though I don't know what else he might have... a slowplayed set? Two-pair?

[edit to be more clear - raising and calling a cap]

Looks to me like he mightve been waiting to raise his two-pair to make sure the flush didnt come in. Also, with this type of player, you cant rule out him calling down with 55.

I would be surprised to see A10.

Thanks all, I 3-bet it and paid off the cap and he showed me his nuts. I feel better about it now though. I guess he actually saved me some money, considering I would have capped the flop and turn if he hadn't slowplayed.
