his post was merely oozing rather than dripping with sarcasm

That was my first reaction, too, but I'm hoping for some good gauge ala the busto thread. Honestly, it would not surprise me to see something like that go down with all of the action monkies in poker, and there is a sick part of me that wants to know about it! (SR paying taxes and buying a house/investing/etc. is just boring, damnit.)

zweig has refused to play 200/400 HU sometimes and settled for 100/200. It was vs 410(JerleAA?).. So I doubt he would play someone for 30millions.

From what I've heard other players say about Harman, she's on the high side, not the low side.

he talks this [censored] to everybody. I've seen him do it to kkf, bruiser and i'm sure gp isn't anything special.

[/ QUOTE ]
LOL, oddly enough KKF came up during the course of the conversation as well. He was heads up with "Svente..." something or other, a guy I see all the time.

you guys who honestly think he may have a 20-30M roll are all on crack. Who do you think he took this 30M off of? come on. If I had to guess I would say 3-4M, the 5M he supposedly said also seems believable, but I honestly wouldn't believe more than this unless I saw his bank account. Its easy to play 2k hours a year, but its not easy to play that much playing your A game and not tilting.

To you guys saying he probably played around 2000 hours a year. Put it this way:
hourly rate: 2000 hours * $1000/hr = 2M right there. I'd be shocked if he is making less than 1k/hr. (of course he easily has played less than 2000 hours/yr, but he makes more than 1k/hr I'm pretty sure.

Last rumor I heard was that SR read the Motley Fool analysis on theme parks and based on that bought a nice chunk of PKS six months ago and turned it around this week for a sweet 75% return.
