Default Rakeback help needed partypoker/stars (I am a high volume player)

I have read through many messages on this forumn but have not been able to find decisive answers to my questions.

Right now I play over 1000 sit and go's on Pokerstars per month (mix of 50+5 and 100+9) and get exactly 0 rakeback or free money.

I plan on making my first deposit onto Party Poker within a couple of days. There I will test the waters and if I like it will be playing over 1000 sit and go's per month hopefully all 100 buyin (1 problem at stars is the 100's fill too slow).

What is my best approach to take to get rakeback or free money on either on of these sites for my high volume play? What kind of rakeback could I expect to get if I were to take this approach and ended up playing on average 1000 100 dollar sit and go's per month?

Thank you very much for your help,
Peter

I read about the partypoker VIP rakeback on another thread. It sounded like a sit and go player was getting 10% rakeback from party poker. Is this the only legal means of me getting any free money back on either pokerstars or partypoker? Is it even legal for me to be making a living on internet poker in the state of Idaho? I am bewildered to say the least....

There is no RB on Pokerstars becuase they do not offer individual trackers and therefore affiliates have no way of telling who signed up and who contributed what rake.

There is no RB on Party offically. People that are offering it are doing it secretly and if they get caught will get themself banned from Party Poker.

You can however get various signup and on going incentives for playing on Party. These are Party approved and i have 2 such affiliates on my site.

Your other option is to sign up for RB with Intertops and hope that when they merge with Party (very soon) that Party honours the RB account you have on Intertops. Again i have affiliates offering this on my site.

Hope that helps you.

Ok if it is not legal I am not doing it, thanks for the offers anyways. I will just look for a different site with good player traffic that does allow the rakeback.

Something ironic about that reply. Do you see why?

I should mention that if you went through Intertops it would be Party approved, assuming they allow it.

...the extra money gained by being able to play pp is worth risking the legalities.

Stars affiliates do not have trackers at all, much less individual trackers. Stars doesn't pay revenue shares to affiliates, only a rather stingy CPA.
