Default JJ versus overcards

I'm looking for a standard line in this situation as I have trouble slowing down or laying down my big pocket pairs.
No solid reads but they're generally passive.
Interpoker 6-max .35/.7
Hero in BB with J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Preflop: UTG folds, MP calls, CO folds, Button calls, SB completes, Hero raises, everyone calls.

Flop (4 players): 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
SB checks, Hero ???

Given the two overcards, flush draw, and the fact that there are 2 players in front of me, should I check or is this an auto-bet?

I'd bet the flop but if I don't take it down there it's the last bet i put in.

Grunching...

Position really hurts us here. If we were later to act I would fold to a bet & a raise...but back to reality: As BB I would bet and be prepared to fold to a re-raise.

If we make it past the flop I fold the turn UI. If we hit two pair or a set...bet, bet, bet.
