Default Rakeback and bonus whoring question

Okay, I am slightly confused. Please help me figure this out.

Right now I have a rakeback programme, and a good one, with a friend. He's a Party and Empire affiliate and gives me everything back.

However, there are all these sites with great bonuses. My question is: do the bonus whores go through the whole rakeback thing or do you just sign up, play the hands, and leave?

It seems as though since my hands when working off a bonus don't appear to count toward my rakeback, I can safely just open up Interpoker and Absolute accounts without worrying about missing out on rakeback. I complete the bonus, cash out, and I'm done, correct? And then I go back to Party/Empire for my regular playing when I don't have a bonus.

Does this sound right to you bonus whores?

While it is correct that you don't get money on rakeback while clearing bonuses you might as well still sign up for a rakeback in case the bonus pool dries up or you feel like playing somewhere, it doesn't cost anything, and takes all of 2-3 minutes, so why not?
