I appreciate your efforts to clear this matter. By what means are you attempting to make a withdrawl? Is this a neteller transaction or another type? I wasn't able to get far enought to make a choice. My selected means is Neteller. I would log in, then click Cashier. Then Withdrawel. A page would pop up saying, "You are not currently logged in to your WH account...click here to go to sportsbook." I would click, and be sent to home page of sportsbook. Near the top would be a place to put name and password. When I filled this in, it would go to a page saying something like "can't find it. try later." I just tried again, and succeeded. I've tried unsuccessfully at least 6 times today. After successful transaction, I tried to go to my account, and see what was remaining, but ran into same difficulty. I think it's a tilt test! Thanks for the informative post. Your very civilised chat with Marlenu was a real pleasure - like reading a Jane Austen novel. As an aside, I used to have an "old" WH account but had to open a "new" account few months ago. Unfortunately, after doing so, I was unable ever to log in to the poker room. Every time I tried I got a message like "Internal error: WH systems" even when using different PCs. I made numerous calls to WH support but, despite their charming Northern accents and being as generally pleasant as Marlenu, they were completely clueless and unable to solve the problem despite saying that other customers had reported similar problems. Eventually I gave up. I then decided to try again about a month ago and had the same problem. Regarding ECash, as you probably know, it is a UK subsidiary of Cryptologic. All UK companies have to file annual financial statements at a government registry, usually within 10 months of their financial year end. Last time I checked a few weeks ago, ECash had still not filed its accounts for 2002. Quite apart from this being a violation of UK law, I think it pretty shoddy for a business that is responsible for the safekeeping of millions of pounds of customers' money. At least I presume it does not suggest anything untoward given that Cryptologic itself continues to publish audited financial statements (which BTW boast of growing revenues from poker although fail to disclose any net result from poker - I'd be highly surprised if it was positive given the multiple bonuses on offer).

This is just to confirm that my cashout was received in my neteller account April 9 at 10:08PM. That means that it took will hill under 30 hours to get my money to me.... DAMN FAST.

You have to be a yank to use neteller....otherwise you dont get that option.
I'm a swede, and I can use neteller. The trick is having will hill support change your account data for country from WHATEVER to US. The only possible conflict with having wrong country is if you get paid by check, I was told by support. This may not be a solution endorsed by the site, it might be that I was lucky enough to get in contact with a very helpful support guy, I don't know for sure. EDIT: Hm, it could be that this is for Littlewoods and not Will Hill, don't remember for sure, sorry.

sorry adde no money for that. i do think you will find lower income tax rates here though....so i guess thats getting free money [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] ....that is unless gambling income is not taxed in sweden....if thats the case denounce your honorary citizenship now [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
