Default Las Vegas Hilton poker room?

Has anyone been to this room? Any comments? What games are they spreading?
We're supposed to be staying there in a couple of weeks.
TIA

www.allvegaspoker.com
basic rundown:
2/4 limit
3/6 limit
1/2 NL

They laid off a bunch of the staff since opening. I have heard they are not doing too well up to this moment in time. I have yet to go there to see it for myself as it's quite out of the way for me.

I've played there a few times. Not much going on when I've been in there. 2-4, 3-6, 4-8 and NL are what I have seen. With the 4-8 not going strong lately (as far as I can tell).

FWIW.....As I write this, they have 2 tables going. A $3-6 and a 1 & 2 NL.

btw, They have the TV monitors that let you know where you are on the list (ala Orleans, MGM, Wynn) but with the lack of business the room seems to get, I'm not sure they are needed. YMMV.

Best of Luck

Howard

I like the room. They have a lower rake then most places -- The $1/$2 NL has a $3 Max (plus $1 Jackpot). The games are pretty good, not many regular players, usually a bunch of conventioneers in the games. The downside is that you might not find a game going if you go in the evening --7ish you should find a $1/$2 and a $3/$6. If you go on a weekday during the day you may see nothing but there tournament going.

My experience there two weeks ago pretty much mirrors what the other posters have said. Pretty nice setup for the room but not very busy. I ended up spendoing most of my time in the MGM room, it was well run, efficient and had 16 tables going there on a Monday evening as well.

I've played there 4 or 5 times. The games are really soft and the personnel is pretty nice. As others have said, there aren't usually many games going. It's too bad they don't have any higher limit games going, because conventioneers frequently show up looking to blow a lot of money.
