simulate 1600x1200?
I'm not a programmer, but shouldnt there be a software app that can simulate 1600x1200 on 1280x1024 resolution? Cant you just draw 4 out of 5 pixels to simulate this (for 1600x1280)?
I got my 2001fp, but my crappy 2nd monitor could go for 4 full tables, no overlap. |

Re: simulate 1600x1200?
Is the 2nd monitor an LCD or CRT? If it's a CRT there's a really good chance you can bump up the resolution but the text will be much smaller. If it's an LCD you're out of luck.

Re: simulate 1600x1200?
just got rid of my crt's. How would that have helped? I own a bunch of cheap 17" 1280x1024 crt's and would consider going back if i could get 4 tables with no overlap.

Multi-tabling online poker players are probably the only potential users of such software, though, so I suppose that's why nobody's bothered to write it. |

[/ QUOTE ] I'm more or less in the same boat as you though my main monitor is a Dell 2005FPW (I usually only play 2 windows at a time so 4 tabling isn't a huge deal for me). My 2nd monitor is an LCD that has a max resolution of 1280x1024. You can go above that resolution if it's only a 17" LCD. Busting out the old CRT shoud let you go to at least 1600x1200 if you needed it to. Hope this helps. |
