Default Do I need to fold here?

i have been losing a great deal lately, and it is messing with my head. villain here is 49/9/1.5, but i haven't played with him.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 4 handed) converter

I call. He probably not as passive as he seems and board pairs tend to induce bluffs

never.

villain is not passive, AF of 1.5 for ~50% vpip is pretty substantial.

This will be a bluff or a Q more than often enough.

My head is in the wrong place too after getting shown the nuts here so many times lately but I think it still needs to be done.

I think that you will be good much more often than 1 in 9 here. The ten on the river may or may not have helped his hand, but it didn't complete any draws and it serves as a good scare card to push you off of ace high. I would call with this board every time.
