Default Non traditional AK hand and a lot of fun....anyone like?

$100 NL on Pokerstars. (don't have hand history so this is to the best of my memory)

Hero has about $110
Villain has $30.

I hate short stack players and like to bust them out. This guy has lost his stack once ($40) and bought back in for $40 and is down to $35 again.

folds to me in the cutoff with A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. I raise to $4. Villian raises to $8.

I hate minraisers more then small stacks. I put him on a high pocket pair, AK or AQ. I call.

FLOP - $17 - 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villain bets $15. I consider folding but decide to see a card with back door straight, back door flush draw and 2 overcards which may or may not be good.

TURN - $47 - 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villain checks. I put him all in ($12). Villain types, "I hope you didn't just call me with a flush draw." he calls.

River - ($71) is a Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

The fun part is when he sees my hand, he gets completely pissed because when I put him all in, I had nothing nothing but a draw. I tell him that I wasn't going to fold anything to his puny stack.

He proceeds to bitch and complain about my play for another 5 minutes. Which, childish as it may be, I really enjoyed. And though I can't tell if it was just his cards or not... but he seemed very timid against me the rest of the night.

I also thought it was valuable for my image because it showed I wasn't afraid to be aggressive with draws which would encourage future action.

I'm not sure if my preflop call was real iffy considering he was a shortstack and likely to have a pocket pair. But I didn't want to have to continually fold to reraises from all the people who buy in with short stacks simply because they didn't provide a hell of a lot of implied odds.

My flop call was the weakest part, since I was playing most likely for improving my backdoor draws. There was a small chance we were tied, and a bigger chance he was ahead... but I actually wanted to have an opportunity to win a longshot for image reasons and just because the small stacks annoy me. On the turn... I knew I had 9 flush outs, 3 additional straight outs and, conceiveably 3-6 pair outs. 12-19 outs to possibly win. And an admittedly small amount of fold equity (but still worth counting). So I'm putting $12 to possibly steal $47 and a %26-41 of winning a $71 pot on the river.

Completely wreckless? Good playing? Good metagame?

Considering villan had $30 to start, putting him all in is the only option. The call on the flop is super freaking horrendous.

Push preflop once it's folded to just you and the short stack.

Yuck. What is the flop call all about? What is the PF call all about if you are going to miss your flop and call him down? Make a PF 3bet (push) and hope you have some fold equity instead of taking the worst line possible here.

Why bet the turn? You aren't likely ahead, you have very little fold equity, and you have a nice draw to hit or miss and play accordingly. Check behind the turn.
