2+2 Game: Minraising
I noticed a lot of minraising on all streets, preflop and on the flop especially; sometimes 10 or 11 minraises preflop. What is the purpose of this play? Sometimes the minraiser would have AA, sometimes he would have 95. One player in particular employed this strategy extremely well and was up almost two stacks, but his plays appeared to make little sense.

If you're looking to learn how to play NL well, don't look at the 2+2 tables that were going on tonight. In most games, middle pair isn't worth a push, nor is it a great idea to call a raise with T8s out of position.
The minraising was hilarious. I got in some good 8- and 9-bets preflop for value.

Well, I actually meant the player "fouryearold" who kept min-betting and min-raising tonight.
