I don't usually play SNG's, so that's why it's not supported yet. I'm going to spend some time this weekend adding some new features. I'll look into the SNG's and see what I can do.

from reading the sql forums on PT i think the main diffs b/t ring and tourney db tables in PT is that
Ring
tables are game and game_players
where Tourney
tables are tourney_game and tourney_game_players

so alot of the sql examples they had in the formums were for ring games...i modified the tables to append tourney_ in front of them and most of the sql stmts seemed to work...
